My name is Daniel Kochlatyi. I'm 16 years old and a former competitive swimmer who had the opportunity to compete at States and Eastern Zones. Swimming has been part of my life for as long as I can remember, and I've loved every hour of it.
During my competitive career, long hours of practice led to an injury. I recovered, but by the time I did, the window for that level of dedication to competitive swimming had passed.
Fortunately, that experience gave me another way to stay close to the water: passing on everything I learned through my swimming career to my students, through this program.
